Lamborghini Case Study | Toby Tinsley
Y-DNA and Lamborghini
Using the the Y-shape (Ypsilon) and the hexagon, which are the core visual signatures of Automobili Lamborghini design DNA, Design by Toby crafted the exhibition graphics and visitor centre designs for their headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy. ( the staff canteen food is amazing )
The iconic Y-motif appears across modern supercars like the Revuelto, Sián, and Temerario in headlights, taillights, and cabin layouts to deliver a futuristic, jet fighter-inspired look.
Through a series of printed exhibition style graphics and digital interactive media the graphics split the vehicles, wether the same car or a combination of models, the Ypsilon is the core holding device for the visual narratives - and relates directly back to the cars themselves.
